Maggie's Dundee: Exterior view of Frank Gehry designed Centre

“Every time I visit a Maggie's Centre, I am humbled by the courage shown by people affected by cancer and impressed by the support provided by staff at the Centres. Visitors are invested with vital tools to help them cope with a cancer diagnosis and treatment”

Prime Minister, Gordon Brown at the opening of Maggie's Fife in 2006

Supporting Maggie's

Maggie’s Centres are almost entirely run by voluntary funding. From our buildings and staff to our tea and biscuits! Everything we offer has only been possible due to the kindness and generosity of our supporters.

We aspire to have a Maggie’s Centre on the grounds of every cancer hospital in the UK.  It’s an ambitious aim, but we know that with the help of our supporters and staff, we can make this vision reality.

For us to continue building centres and offering support and information to those affected by cancer, we really need your help.  Your support, in no matter what form - be it as a donation or time offered as a Maggie’s volunteer - is hugely appreciated. It goes a long way in helping to provide the gifts of care and support to someone affected by cancer.  For many of our centre users these are the greatest gifts they could receive.

How can I help Maggie's Centres?

There are many ways you can support Maggie's Centres.  You can:

- make a donation

- give a regular gift

- leave a gift in your Will

- make a purchase from our online shop

- volunteer at a Maggie's event

- gift aid your donation or regular gift

- hold a fundraising event for Maggie's

We understand that our supporters are all unique and support us in their own way.  That’s why we offer a range of different ways to support Maggie’s Centres.  If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact Ailidh from our Fundraising Team on the details below.
